Treatment
Labels Edwards Syndrome
There is no treatment for Edwards syndrome itself. Infants who survive
the first two days often require intensive treatment for infections,
breathing difficulties, and problems with feeding. Surgery to correct
heart defects is rarely performed because of the baby’s short life
expectancy.
